A tender chicken casserole is hearty, delicious and simple

— Chicken fillet – 400 g
— Egg – 2 PCs.

— Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 1 PC.
— Salt – to taste
— Pepper – to taste

Cut the meat into small pieces and put in a fireproof casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Beat eggs with sour cream, a little salt and pour over the meat.
Tomato cut into slices and lay on a casserole. Put in a preheated to 200C oven for 30-40 minutes. Ready!
