Banana pudding – cheesecake

Form 25 cm:
3 bananas
300 g of cottage cheese
150 g of sugar
pinch of salt
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
160 g of sour cream

1.Bananas and cottage cheese Porirua. Add sugar, salt, whisk, then the flour, eggs, sour cream (whisk after each ingredient).
2.Pour into shape and put in a preheated 150 C oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes Allow to cool and put into the fridge overnight.
