Outdoor meat pie!


Pie just delight!! delicate potato dough and a lot of juicy and flavorful toppings…. I advise you to try!! Pie is delicious and hot, and cold!!




For the dough:

200 gr. potatoes

200gr. flour

1 egg,

50gr. butter,



For the filling:

500g. pork (or minced meat),

2 bell peppers,

1 tomato,

2 small onions,,

100 ml heavy cream (33-38%),

100 ml milk,

2 small eggs (fill)

2 tbsp tomato paste


a little grated cheese.




Potatoes finely chop and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, potato mash. Add the egg, oil, mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Place it in a releasable form, making bumpers.


Put into the freezer while preparing the filling. Pepper cut into medium-sized, slightly fry. Grind the onion, fry in a separate pan, add the meat, cut into small cubes, fry until almost cooked, sprinkle with salt.


Add the peppers and chopped tomato, spread the filling on the dough. Mix the cream, milk and tomato paste. Add the egg, whisk lightly. Salt, pepper. Pour the pie filling.


Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200C. 10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.
