A delicate casserole of zucchini.

Ingredients:

Zucchini — 1 PC.
Minced meat — 300 g
Tomatoes of medium size — 3-4 PCs.
Onions — 1 PC.
Chicken eggs — 2 PCs.
Sour cream — 100 g
Cheese — 100 g
Tomato paste — 2 tbsp
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Any ground meat (I used pork) fry in vegetable oil on low heat. Salt, pepper to taste.
2. Onions grind. Add to the pan with the minced meat and fry.
3. Then add the tomato paste. Stir and simmer until cooked minced meat. Cool.
4. Zucchini cleaned, peeled and seeds. If you use young zucchini, it is not necessarily. Grate on a coarse grater. If you have the juice, squeeze grated zucchini and spread half on bottom of greased form.
5. On top, the next layer, put the ready fried minced meat. Smoothly distributed over the entire surface. Cover with the remaining grated zucchini. Zucchini sprinkle with a little salt.
6. Tomatoes cut into slices and spread on top of zucchini. Whisk eggs with sour cream, sprinkle with salt to taste.
7. The egg-sour cream mixture pour over the zucchini.
8. RUB cheese on a small grater (I used processed cheese). Sprinkle the prepared casserole.
9. The form is sent to the oven for baking at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
10. Delicate casserole of zucchini with minced meat ready for your table.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp flour
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2,5 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Method of preparation:

In a bowl mix the flour, ground coffee, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Mix well.
Add milk, egg, oil and vanilla. Stir again with a fork until a homogeneous dense mass.
Pour the mixture into a greased mug and microwave on the highest mode for about 90 seconds.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate brownie

Ingredients:

150 g butter
65 g cocoa powder (without sugar) (=2/3 Cup)
200 g sugar (1 Cup)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g flour (about 4/5 Cup)

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter by heating in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, each time whisking lightly. Add the flour and stir.
Grease the form, suitable for microwave. Put the dough in the form. Cook at high power 4-5 minutes.

East toast

Ingredients:

Armenian lavash – 1 piece;
Soft cream cheese Cream – 200 g;
Garlic – 3 cloves;
Crab sticks – 100 grams;
Dill – 0, 5 beam;
The deodorized sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;
Chicken eggs – 2 PCs;
Wheat flour – 1 tsp.

If you are scheduled for friendly gatherings, try to surprise your guests with these unusual croutons. They are well suitable for beer and other drinks, they willingly eat children. How much would you have made, the plate was empty very quickly. Bon appetit!

Preparation:

For cooking toast you need to take the sheet Armenian lavash, crab sticks, soft processed cheese (I have Cream), dill, egg, flour, sunflower oil and deodorized garlic. Biscuits Viennese

Ingredients:

Margarine — 250 g
Eggs — 2 PCs.
Soda food — 0.5 tsp.
1 Cup sugar
Flour — 1-1,5 cups
Any jam — 1 Cup
Salt — a pinch

Preparation:

1. Melt in a water bath margarine. Add the eggs, sugar, soda, salt.
2. Sift the flour and knead the dough.
3. To divide it into two parts. One part (smaller) put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
4. The second part of the test roll out and put on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet. Spread on top of jam.
5. Now take out of the refrigerator second part of the test and RUB it grated on top. After that put the Viennese biscuits in the oven for 30 minutes with a temperature of 180 C.
6. Then cool and cut into pieces.
