Ingredients:

Preparation:

Ingredients:

You will need:

500 g lamb or beef
5-6 PC. potatoes
2 PCs. bell pepper
2 pieces of tomatoes
1 large carrot
1 large onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper
herbs to taste

Preparation:

1.In the casserole in vegetable oil fry the onion.

These fritters are not only good in the post. For me, this recipe for all other kinds of pancakes moved into another plan, and the family all the time asking to bake such pancakes. And all because pancakes always turn out! Whatever the mood, the form of a plate, ingredients different manufacturers – still the pancakes are very lush, delicious and the cheapest of those that I know.

You will need:

Water — 2 tbsp.
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
Yeast — 10 g
Salt — 1 tsp
Wheat flour — 4 tbsp.

How to prepare:

1. First, put a kettle of water – we will need boiling water, which subsequently let it cool to about forty degrees, so the output, we need to get warm water. In warm water to dissolve sugar, salt, yeast and add vegetable oil.

A few more details on what better yeast to use. Of course, a lot of baking and often women use only live, fresh yeast, sold by bars of different mass. But if You make a yeast dough rarely (like me), it is very convenient to use fast-acting dry yeast. Certainly, each of the Housewives have a favorite brand, and that you want to use. In the list of ingredients I conventionally wrote that yeast need 10 grams. This is because in such sachets instant yeast most often 9, 10 or 11 grams. Take any bag, this difference of one to two grams, in my opinion, not significantly.

2. Now start adding the flour. It’s always difficult to say exactly how much flour the dough will take. It depends on the quality of flour, and on its level of tack, and even from the manufacturer. 4. You can start frying pancakes. And there is a very important point: the dough is in any case not allowed to mix. You type a spoon as much dough as you need for one muffin, as if slicing the dough. Only the top, carefully, in small portions. And immediately put the dough into the pan with preheated vegetable oil. By the way, Your pancakes will continue to grow and in the pan. It’s amazing, looks beautiful, the kids usually love to participate in the process of cooking these magical pancakes.

You will need:

For sponge cake:
eggs 5 PCs.
sugar 125 gr.
flour 125 gr.
cocoa 1 tbsp

For the cream:
boiled condensed milk 200 gr.
butter 200 gr.
cocoa 50 gr.
vegetable oil 10 gr.

For sugar syrup:
sugar 75 gr.
water 75 ml.
cognac 20 ml.

How to prepare:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until white. Add the sifted flour with cocoa.
Stir gently.
2. Pour into mold and bake at 180 C until dry matches (I did test gender norms, the shape took 18 cm)
3. While baking the cake prepare the cream.
Beat condensed milk with butter, add cocoa mixed with Rast. oil.
Not a bad cream turned out brilliant, with the smell of condensed milk and chocolate
4. The sponge cake is ready. It needs to be removed from the mold and cooled. If you have time, let the night lie down in the kitchen under a towel. If no,then the cooled sponge cake cut into 3 layers
