Cottage cheese — 250 g
Egg — 1 PC.
Flour — 3-4 tbsp .l.
Sugar — 1 tbsp
Salt — a pinch

4. Flatten it and cut into equal parts.

Ingredients for the dough:

— 250 gr flour

— 1/2 teaspoon sugar
— 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the filling:
— 150 g mozzarella (or any cheese of your choice)
— 1-3 cloves of garlic
— 1 tablespoon of sour cream
— small handful fresh (or dried) thyme leaves

For lubrication:
— 1 egg
— pinch of salt

For topping:
— small handful of sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 190 C.
Mix the cheese with butter, add egg, mix well.

Flour mixed with baking powder, salt and sugar, add to the mass of curd, oil and eggs. Knead the dough. It is to be plastic and not very steep.

Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes, and yet to do filling.
To grate cheese on a coarse grater, chop the garlic. Mix cheese, chopped garlic, sour cream and thyme.

Divide the dough into two pieces, one slightly bigger than the other. Roll each part into a ball.

On a floured table roll each ball into a circle (larger and smaller diameter), of a thickness ~5-8 mm.

You will need:

For cake:
3 cups sugar (600g)
3 cups flour (gr)
1 Cup+ 2 tbsp cocoa powder (gr)
1,5 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 and 1/4 tsp.
3 eggs
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
1.5 cups milk
1.5 cups hot coffee

For the cream:
1 and 3/4 cups sugar (350 gr)
1.5 cups cream (35%)
Gr chocolate, finely chop
170gr of butter, cut into small pieces
1,5 tsp vanilla extract

How to prepare:

For cake:

1. Preheat the oven to C., brush with butter and lay the bottom 3 naziemnych of baking dish 20cm.
2. Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and soda.
