Ingredients:

 

2 medium chicken fillet

INGREDIENTS:

minced meat – 500 g,

garlic – 2 cloves,

Onion RUB on a grater (you can skip through a meat grinder) and put in the stuffing. Add soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic. If necessary, sprinkle with salt, but do not forget that soy sauce itself is quite salty. Forcemeat mix well and remove for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

 

Then the formed meatballs with 4 pieces on a skewer. Thus, one meatball is obtained weighing 25 g, and serving on a skewer – 100 g

 

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips of a width slightly greater than the diameter of the meatballs.

Ingredients:

 

For the dough:

200 gr. potatoes

200gr. flour

1 egg,

50gr. butter,

salt.

 

For the filling:

500g. pork (or minced meat),

2 bell peppers,

1 tomato,

2 small onions,,

100 ml heavy cream (33-38%),

100 ml milk,

2 small eggs (fill)

2 tbsp tomato paste

salt,pepper,

a little grated cheese.

 

Preparation:

 

Potatoes finely chop and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, potato mash. Add the egg, oil, mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Place it in a releasable form, making bumpers.

 

Put into the freezer while preparing the filling. Pepper cut into medium-sized, slightly fry. Grind the onion, fry in a separate pan, add the meat, cut into small cubes, fry until almost cooked, sprinkle with salt.

 

Add the peppers and chopped tomato, spread the filling on the dough. Mix the cream, milk and tomato paste. Add the egg, whisk lightly. Salt, pepper. Pour the pie filling.

Ingredients:

 

Sour cream — 350 g

Butter — 150 g

Flour — 280-300 g

Chicken eggs — 6 PCs.

Baking powder — 1,5 tsp

Salt — 1/2 tsp

Sugar

Green onions — 1 bunch

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough and the filling. Sour cream in aspic test can be replaced with kefir or natural yoghurt.
  2. For the filling: boil 4 eggs, cool, peel and finely chop.
  3. Green onions (it should be a lot) to be washed, dried, finely chopped, salt to taste. You can add a little black pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped eggs and green onions. The stuffing is ready.
  5. Knead the dough: add the sour cream, salt, sugar. Mix well.
  6. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs (2 PCs.)
  7. Alternately add in sour cream, melted butter, beaten eggs.
  8. To the flour add baking powder and pour it in the liquid mixture. Mix well until smooth state.
  9. You should get a thick mass like mush.
  10. Form for baking grease with some butter. You can sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
  11. Pour into mold slightly more than half of the test.
  12. Gently lay on top of the filling of onions and eggs.
  13. From top to pour the remnants of the dough, carefully spreading it over the entire surface of the pie.
  14. Put the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for about 35 minutes, until Golden brown.
  15. To give the cake to cool to lukewarm, cover with a clean towel, then put it on a flat plate.

Preparation:
