Shrimps in cream-garlic sauce




500 g prawns (cleaned)

250 ml cream

50 ml white wine

50 g butter

6-7 cloves of garlic

1 lemon (juice)





Melt the butter in a frying pan, put garlic, chopped plastics, pour lemon juice, fry the garlic until Browning, pour the wine and cream, stir and bring everything to a boil.


Put the shrimp, simmer for 10 minutes, to get the shrimp, the sauce was even then on low heat to reduce volume by half, then the heating plate off, shrimp put back into the pan.


Before serving shrimps in cream-garlic sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
