Filler pie with green onion and egg


Sour cream — 350 g

Butter — 150 g

Flour — 280-300 g

Chicken eggs — 6 PCs.

Baking powder — 1,5 tsp

Salt — 1/2 tsp


Green onions — 1 bunch


  1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough and the filling. Sour cream in the aspic test can be replaced with kefir or natural yogurt.
  2. For the filling: boil 4 eggs, cool, peel, and finely chop.
  3. Green onions (it should be a lot) to be washed, dried, finely chopped, salt to taste. You can add a little black pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped eggs and green onions. The stuffing is ready.
  5. Knead the dough: add the sour cream, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  6. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs (2 PCs.)
  7. Alternately add sour cream, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
  8. To the flour add baking powder and pour it into the liquid mixture. Mix well until smooth state.
  9. You should get a thick mass like mush.
  10. Form for baking grease with some butter. You can sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
  11. Pour into the mold slightly more than half of the test.
  12. Gently lay on top of the filling of onions and eggs.
  13. From the top pour the remnants of the dough, carefully spreading it over the entire surface of the pie.
  14. Put the pie in a preheated 200-degree oven. Bake for about 35 minutes, until golden brown.
  15. To give the cake to cool to lukewarm, cover with a clean towel, then put it on a flat plate.
  16. Cut the cake into serving pieces.
