Interesting dish of eggs with vegetables, popular in Israel and neighboring countries. Very bright, fragrant, light and at the same time satisfying. Recipe of 4 eggs designed for 2 large or 4 small servings.

You will need:

Onions 100g

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Sweet red pepper (paprika) 1 piece

Garlic cloves 2 pieces

Tomatoes red 400 grams

Sea salt 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon

Cumin (cumin) ½ teaspoons

Chili powder ¼ teaspoon

Egg chicken 4 pieces

Black pepper ¼ teaspoon

Parsley 20 grams

How to cook:

  1. Lightly fry the chopped onions.
  1. Add the diced bell pepper.
  1. When the pepper is tender, add chopped garlic.
  1. Tomatoes peel, after dropping into boiling water for 30 seconds, cut into cubes and add to the pan. Season with salt, add the spices.
  1. When the mixture comes to a boil, take it 4 recess and gently pour into each one egg.
  1. Cook over medium heat until eggs are not yet ready (the degree of roasting choose at its sole discretion). Each egg, sprinkle a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  1. Serve, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
